- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin Texas.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Southeastern University
- Central Private School for 13 years

- ATC-Certified Athletic Trainer
- LAT-Licensed Athletic Trainer
- Trained in Manual therapy techniques
- Functional Dry Needling Certified

- APTA (American Physical Therapy Association)
- Member Neurology and Geriatrics Section
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES:
- Attends Zoar Baptist Church

Jacob enjoys watching sports and spending time with his wife, daughter and son. He also proudly attends Zoar Baptist Church.
